The staff was very personable. They walked me through the whole application process and it took less time than expected.

She was nice and polite. She was soft spoken and attentive. She made sure all of my t’s were crossed and my i’s were had their dots on them.

What an easy process. Showed up, filled out forms, took a pic and that’s it. Wasn’t sure how much it would cost me but that’s on me. Super nice employees. Enjoyed talking with them while we filled out our forms.

The lady that I dealt with was great. I was not a happy camper that I had to go get a new birth certificate because my original wasn’t good enough for the government, but she was always so calm and kind to me. She just wanted to make sure there was no reason for the US government to deny me a passport. She even called to make sure while I was out getting it that I had a check so that I didn’t have to get back out as I’m sure many people are not prepared for that these days.
